This Graduate Trainee II position at Sasol, located in Sandton, South Africa, is a fixed-term opportunity within the Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions division. The role focuses on instructional content design, with a strong emphasis on digital learning and animation. Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and guidelines through quality assurance of all content development projects
• Track and report weekly on cost savings from internal content development and external spend
• Follow the ADDIE Model and involve internal stakeholders in key milestones of internal content development projects
• Conduct quality assurance on completed content development projects assigned to superusers and instructional designers to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, E-learning Content Development, Content Design, or Information Design
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in instructional design using Articulate software and Adobe Creative Cloud for animation and illustrations
• Competency in collaboration, continuous process improvement, customer focus, data management, execution capability, problem solving, and self-mastery
